Carefully Selected Raw Material
Cane is sourced from known farms in the Kolhapur belt and screened for sugar content before harvest.
Consistency is a process, not a promise. Here is how we hold it batch after batch.
Our Approach
Cane is sourced from known farms in the Kolhapur belt and screened for sugar content before harvest.
Food-safe handling from the cane yard through boiling, milling and packing.
Moisture, sucrose, colour and granulation are checked per batch, not per shipment.
Moisture-barrier liners and tamper-evident closure rated for long sea-freight transit.
Documentation prepared to meet the import requirements of each destination market.
Every lot carries a batch reference linking the container back to its production run.
Laboratory & Line Checks
Jaggery is an agricultural product, so the variables that matter are physical and measurable. These are the checks that decide whether a lot is released for packing or held back.
Third-party microbial and hygiene testing is available on request for buyers serving regulated retail channels.
Request a Specification SheetTested per batch to keep the powder free-flowing through long transit and humid ports.
Verified against export specification sheets before a lot is released.
Visually and mechanically graded so every shipment matches the agreed sample.
Checked to confirm no chemical bleaching agents or fillers are present.
Third-party lab testing available on request for regulated markets.
Statutory Compliance
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India licence covering the manufacture and export of food products.
Registered exporter under the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority.
DGFT-issued Import Export Code authorising HDM Exim to conduct cross-border trade from India.
Registered under India's Goods and Services Tax regime for full transactional transparency.
