Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information about our products and export capability. Specifications, transit times and packaging formats shown here are indicative and are confirmed in writing on a proforma invoice before any order is produced.
Quotations and orders
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to raw material availability and prevailing freight rates. An order is confirmed only when a proforma invoice has been signed and the agreed advance received.
Product specification
Goods are supplied to the specification agreed against an approved sample. Natural agricultural products vary within tolerances; minor variation in colour and granulation within the agreed range is not a defect.
Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are quoted FOB Nhava Sheva / JNPT. Risk and title pass in accordance with the Incoterm stated on the commercial invoice.
Intellectual property
All text, imagery and design on this website are the property of HDM Exim and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
